Bobby Rahal is an American race car driver with a net worth of $80’000’000. Bobby Rahal was famous as a professional American auto racing driver and team owner who won three championships and 24 races in the open-wheel CART series, including the Indianapolis 500, in 1986. Rahal was also the winner of the 2004 Indianapolis 500 as a team owner for the winning driver, Buddy Rice. Bobby was born in Medina, Ohio, on 10 January 1953. His father, Graham Rahal, was a race car driver for the A1 Grand Prix team in Lebanon. Rahal began his career in the feeder categories of CCA and finished second to Gilles Villeneuve in the 1977 Formula Atlantic championship. In 1988 Rahal won the Quaker State 500 at Pocono. It was the only victory for the Judd engine In the world. Rahal continued as an Adar driver until retiring in 1998. Rahal was inducted in 2004 into both the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. Bobby currently has a Lola T360 1975, which he occasionally races at vintage racing events. Rahal currently lives in New Albany, Ohio. He owns a network of Pennsylvania car dealers.
