Daniel Ortega is a Nicaraguan politician whose net worth is $50’000’000. Daniel Ortega Saavedra, also known as Daniel Ortega, was born in La Libertad, Nicaragua, on 11 November 1945. He has been President of Nicaragua since 2007; previously, he was the leader of Nicaragua (1979-90), first as Coordinator of the Junta of National Reconstruction and then as president. Ortega was arrested at the age of 15 for political activities and immediately joined the then-underground Sandinista National Liberation Front FSLN.
